This policy explains how Meow Sort for Android (package com.grindly.meowsort) and this website handle information. Meow Sort is operated by IE Artem Muravenko, using the publisher name Grindly Games. The data controller responsible for the processing described in this policy is IE Artem Muravenko, Martiros Saryan St, Yerevan 0002, Armenia. Information used by the game

• Game progress and preferences. Levels, moves, coins, booster inventory, lives, collected cats, selected avatar and settings are stored on your device so you can resume playing. Purchase records and reward identifiers are also saved locally to avoid duplicate grants.
• Game usage and diagnostics. Google Analytics for Firebase receives gameplay and economy events, such as level starts and completions, moves, rewards and purchase outcomes. Events can include level and attempt numbers, balances, configuration versions and event identifiers. Firebase services also process installation identifiers, app and device information and usage information. Crashlytics processes crash reports, stack traces and diagnostic information to help identify errors.
• Configuration. Firebase Remote Config uses installation information to deliver game settings and balance updates.
• Purchase verification. Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous technical user identifier; the game does not ask you to register with an email address or password. When you buy an item, Google Play handles checkout. Our verification service receives your technical user identifier, product identifier and purchase token, checks the purchase with Google Play, and records the verified grant and transaction status. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Network information. Servers receive connection information such as IP addresses when the game connects to Firebase, Google Play or the Google and Cloudflare endpoints used to verify time for reward timers.

Why information is processed

Information is used to operate the game, preserve progress, deliver and verify purchases, prevent repeated or fraudulent grants, provide game configuration, understand gameplay and fix errors. If you email us, we use your address and the information you provide to respond to your request.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Functions and Firestore) and Google Play Billing. Purchase verification data is stored in our Google Cloud/Firebase backend in Belgium; other provider processing may occur in other countries. Google and Cloudflare also receive connection information for time-verification requests.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect the game and its users. Provider practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The current internal-test release, version 0.1.4 (6), does not serve real advertisements. AppLovin MAX integration is being prepared but is not active in that release. We will update this policy and provide applicable disclosures and choices before enabling advertising. Google SDKs may process device or advertising identifiers according to their configuration and your Android settings; the absence of ad placements does not mean that analytics is disabled.

Notifications and your choices

Reminders about restored lives are scheduled locally on your device. You can decline notification permission or turn notifications off in Android settings. Music, sound and reduced-motion settings do not disable analytics or crash reporting; the current test release has no in-game switch for those services.

You can clear Meow Sort's app storage or uninstall the game to remove its local save. This can remove progress and local purchase entitlements and does not automatically delete records held by our backend or service providers. Reinstallation is not a guaranteed way to restore consumed items.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until app storage is cleared or otherwise removed by your device. Purchase-verification and entitlement records are retained to verify purchases, prevent duplicate grants and resolve transaction issues; the backend currently has no scheduled automatic deletion for these records. Firebase service data follows the relevant service retention settings and provider policies. Support correspondence is retained for handling the request and related issues.

To request access, correction or deletion, email artemuravv@gmail.com with “Meow Sort privacy request” in the subject. Describe your request and, for a purchase issue, provide the relevant Google Play order reference if available. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or authentication tokens. We may ask for information necessary to locate the records and verify the request. We will explain any records that must be retained for legal obligations, transaction integrity or fraud prevention. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing or complain to a data-protection authority.

Security

Network services use HTTPS and access controls. Local saves are stored in the app's device storage. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Meow Sort is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

This website

This website is served through Firebase Hosting. It contains no analytics or advertising scripts, contact forms or third-party font requests. Firebase Hosting processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver content and prevent abuse. Sending an email uses your own email provider.

Changes and contact

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to game data practices will be reflected here and, where appropriate, explained within the game.
